My research focuses on aerodynamic liquid breakup.
Specifically, I am studying interfacial instabilities in parallel flows
to understand the physics of how liquid break.
Our conditions vary widely from subsonic to supersonic gas
velocities and from atmospheric to highly rarefied pressures.
My methods of study are stabillity theory, direct numerical simulations, and supersonic wind tunnel experiments
